Shirika la Ndege la Qatar– Qatar Airways limeingia ubia na kampuni ya Mawasiliano ya Vodacom Tanzania kupitia huduma yake ya M-pesa kwa ajili ya kuwawezesha wateja wake kulipia tiketi zao ikiwa ni njia pekee ya kuwarahisishia wateja wao kutumia huduma hiyo kwa njia ya haraka na rahisi kwa kuwawezesha wateja wake kufanya malipo kwa njia ya simu za mkononi.
Huduma hii inarahisisha maisha kwa wateja wanaotaka kusafiri na shirika la Qatar na wateja wa Vodacom ambapo kwa sasa hivi wanaweza kununua tiketi kupitia njia ya mtandao kupitia tovuti ya www.qatarairways.com/tz au kutembelea ofisi za shirika hilo na kulipia tiketi zao za usafiri kwa M-Pesa.
Kaimu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji Mkuu wa Vodacom Tanzania, Nina Pendaeli Eshum amesema “Tunayo furaha kubwa kuona familia ya watumiaji wa M-Pesa inazidi kuongezeka ambapo Shirika kubwa la Qatar limejiunga nasi katika huduma hii.Lengo letu siku zote ni kutoa huduma zinazoenda sambamba na mahitaji ya wateja wetu na ndio maana kupitia huduma hii tumewarahisishia maisha wateja wetu ambao wanataka kusafiri kwa kutumia ndege za shirika la Qatar kununua tiketi kwa rahisi kupitia simu zao za mkononi”.
Eshun aliongeza kuwa huduma hii ambayo inaongoza kuwa na watumiaji wengi nchini katika kufanya mihamala ya kifedha na malipo itazidi kuboreshwa siku hadi siku ili iendane na mahitaji yao wateja na mitindo yao ya maisha katika kuwarahisishia shughuli zao kupita simu za mkononi.
Kwa upande wake Meneja wa Shirika la ndege la Qatar nchini Tanzania,Basel Haydar alisema “ Kujiunga kwetu na huduma hii ni kwa ajili ya kuwawezesha wateja wetu kuwa na njia mbalimbali za kufanya malipo kwa ajili ya kupata huduma zetu ambapo hivi sasa wanaweza kutumia huduma hii ya M-Pesa ambayo ni moja ya njia ya kufanya mihamala ya malipo kwa urahisi bila usumbufu wowote”.
Alisema hivi sasa shirika hilo linatoa ofa mbalimbali kwa wateja wake na limejipanga kwa kuendelea kutoa huduma bora zinazokidhi mahitaji ya wateja katika soko la ushindani.
Huduma ya M-Pesa ambayo inatumiwa na watu wengi duniani imeweza kuleta mapinduzi makubwa katika sekta ya fedha na kurahisisha maisha ya watu wengi.Ili kulipia huduma ya tiketi za usafiri kutoka Shirika la Qatar kinachotakiwa kufanyika ni kujiunga na menu ya M-Pesa kwenye simu ya mteja katika sehemu ya kufanya mihamala ya malipo ambapo atatakiwa kuandika namba 331199 ambayo ni namba ya kufanyia malipo ya shirika hilo, baada ya kuingiza namba hizo atatakiwa kuingiza namba za kumbukumbu ya booking yake na kiasi cha fedha alichotakiwa alipe wakati anashika nafasi ya tiketi (booking).Baada ya kutuma fedha mara moja atapata ujumbe mfupi wa maneno wa kumfahamisha kuwa fedha zake zimepokelewa na atapata tiketi yake kwa njia ya mtandao ambapo pia anaweza kuikuta uwanja wa ndege siku yake ya safari yake.
