| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | i.To carry out construction of building activities in the centre;
ii.To teach/supervise students on Civil Engineering works; iii.To assist Engineers to plan, design and construct buildings; iv.To mentor and supervise junior staff in all matters pertaining to civil works; v.To assist Engineers in inspecting standards and services of construction works; and vi.To provide best technical advice on the use of construction equipment in regard to technological advancement.

| QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or Diploma (NTA 6) in Civil Engineering or equivalent in related field from a recognized institution. |
