Chief Accountant

Outstanding Solutions Ltd (Outstanding Solutions) is a project management and consultancy company, incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania, providing complete staffing solutions, training and competency development for the Tanzania’s hospitality and service industry.
Description
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevance to job function. Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience including experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting systems.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
- Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licence in good standing.
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
Other Skills Include:
- Proven skills in use of Accounting Package, preferably XERO,
- Knowledge on Microsoft Applications- Preferably Advanced Excel
- Leadership skills.
- Team player.
- Independent.
- Creative minded and Decision maker.
