Job Description:

Head of Marketing is responsible for crafting strategies, setting goals for marketing teams & gives suggestions for growth in marketing ways

Roles :
1. They ensure consistent brand messaging

2. analyze customer behavior, customer wants & needs based on lighting sector .

3. Identifies market expansion opportunities.

4. Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

5. Crafts strategies for all Marketing segments including Digital, Advertising, & field marketers

6. Takes full accountability on marketing segmnet & boosts productivity

Requirements :
1. Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably in any industry

2.Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

3. Analytical mind

4. Solid knowledge of how to use the computer, Microsoft Excel ,Graphics
