An Upcoming Multi Brand Automobile Dealership requires employees for its offices at Dar es Salaaam

1.Manager -Sales
Graduates with good experience in selling automobile products with proven track record;
he or she should be a self motivated team player with leadership skills.
5-10 years relevant work experience in Tanzania in sales specifically in Motor Vehicles industry and construction companies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To be in charge, supervise and manage the day-to-day business activities of the dealership.
To ensure that the company achieves its performance / revenue targets.
To supervise and manage the sales team and ensure that they achieve sales targets.
To establish and implement better administration and service systems for the company
including respective departments in order to enhance proficiency and productivity.
To develop, undertake, organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities
to increase sales for the departments.
To ensure the smooth running (administration) of the company and improve the over- all profitability of each departments.
To prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors.

QUALIFICATION
Graduate in Marketing or in relevant subject with masters in management.
