Clinovet Marketing & Communication Co. Ltd (Climac),  a Tanzania registered Company dealing with all kinds of below-mentioned Line Activities like Sales and Marketing Promotion, Advertising, Merchandising, ICT Solutions, Digital and Social, is seeking a qualified Lady in Client Service. Position: Client Services Manager The Client Services Manager is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, adaptable, flexible, Resourceful, computer savvy, and detail oriented with strong written & verbal communications skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. A “can do” attitude is required and the Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, energetic environment. Responsibilities o Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations o Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs. o Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests. o Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients. o Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & production team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on track. o Work with creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technology. o Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion. Duties include o Receive, coordinate & assign existing customer requests through Support Desk. o Preparing estimates o Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders o Quality assurance including proof reading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates Managing budgets and timelines o Generating and presenting change orders o Providing clients with timely updates and status throughout the day – and before leaving work at the end of the day o Review and preparation of invoices o Attending all staff briefings and project status check-ins each morning Requirements -Only A Lady Preferred with 1-2 Years experience -Bachelor’s degree in PR and Marketing or Diploma in PR and Marketing o Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication. o Must have strong follow-up skills. o Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. o Must have excellent phone skills & etiquette. o Must have NO FEAR of computers & technology.  At least an intermediate knowledge of internet terms & capabilities. o Must be willing to learn new things. o Must like smiley faces  and have a sense of humor.
