ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED

GLOBAL GROUP of companies, with its head office in Dar es salaam, Sinza Mori, is looking for a qualified and experienced accountant whose main responsibilities will be as follow:

• Do daily accounts transactions and keep proper records of all daily company financial activities.
• Process payments (cash and bank) ensuring that proper support document is included, and it is properly approved before payment.
• Ensure transactions and data are properly recorded and entered into the accounting tally system and assist in year-end closing of accounting books.
• Maintenance of the filing system financial reports and other financial documentation.
• Preparation and filling of taxes, and other statutory returns, i.e. PAYEE, SDL,Witholding Taxes, etc
• And other departmental accounting activities as may be assigned by directors of the company.
